China Built The Biggest Telescope In The World

China finished the building of the world’s biggest radio-telescope. This telescope will be used in search of extraterrestrial life form. This unique telescope is a gigantic plate with 500 meter diameter, which is formed of 4.450 reflectors and it takes space of around 30 football fields, they say from Sinhua.

The telescope is located in a forest in the South-western part of the Chinese province Guizhou, surrounded with hills and distanced from populated areas.
The mission of the telescope is to detect signals from space and to search for intelligent life forms. Once it is activated and starts is work, it will be able to collect signals that are at distance up to 1000 light years, they say from Sputnik.
